Welcome

My name is Chris Whitford. I live in Leicestershire, UK and have set up this website to showcase my photography. Most of my photographs are taken when I am out walking or mountaineering, so they tend to be landscapes. I belong to the Leicester and Leicestershire Photographic Society.

I’m slowly adding images, there are now 6 galleries here, with more to come. Some of these are recent and some go back more than 20 years.

Before the digital revolution nearly all my photographs were taken on slide film so many of the images have been scanned from slides.
